Skin conditions you can cure with Coconut Oil

20:17

I have always had sensitive skin and maybe that was one of the things that made want to learn more about certain cosmetics to help me cure certain problems or prevent others. If you read some of my posts you might already know that I  love natural skincare products, but most of all, oils, which are the most pure source of noutrients for the skin. Still, can we actually cure certain problems, some that create a huge discomfort with the help of oils? Here I can tell you a few things, and if you need them or if you are in a similar situation, wll maybe you should read what I am about to write.

Apoi, lasiti uleiul in par pana dimineata si il spalati a doua zi.

I think that one of the things that I really like about myself is my hair, or at least I did when it was longer. I encoutered a little issue with my scalp at a certain point, it wasn't nice, and those who suffer  from things like this know what I am talking about. The scalp can start being irritated by certain products or become intolerant to other ones, and the reaction to it may be of various forms, and an irritated scalp is not pleasant. I tried a lot of products that were supposed to help me get rid of the problem, but some of them helped on short term, and others only made it worse, and the irritation only got more unbearable.  So, how I managed to solve this problem? Well I am going to tell you that I tried various types of shampoo, from Clear, which was horrible, to Alpecin (it can be found in pharmacies) which helped, but the problem came back when I stopped using it. So I went for the 100% natural shampoo. The first one that I tried was from Vivanatura, it was a really good one, and the I tried the Dr Organics , the coconut one, and the problem wasn't as bad anymore, and I realized that there was one compund that actually irritated my scalp, Sodiul Laurate Sulphate, which you cand find in almost every shampoo, except for the all natural ones. Although cutting this product out made my problem a bit better, it wasn't completely solved. What did and keeps it at bay in case it wants to show up again? Coconut oil. Yesm coconut oil is incredible, and it doesn't only have hydrating properties, but also antiseptic and antifungic, so it helps to prevent certain infections. How to use it? I recommend that you do a scalp massage with coconut oil at night and leave it in till morning and wash the hair then. Massage your starting from your forehead to the top of your head, and then keep going in circular motions, it's quite relaxing too. The scalp situation will be better and the dandruff will disappear from the first or the second use. It worked for me, and ever since I always have coconut oil on hand as I do have sensitive scalp.

Another problem is just the simple iritation, anything can cause that, and if you have really sensitive skin even a sweater can cause that. Coconut oil used on the body can help heal them, I've had time when it was the only thing that helped me cure the redness on my skin.

So if you have similar skin issues or really sensitive skin, you should give it a go and you will see a difference. I think it's worth it, and it's natural and amazing.

Lots of love,
Andreea

      Multumesc mult!
