How to de-stress and relax

 Probabil ai aparut pe aici pentru ca si tu, ca si mine ai avut parte de o perioada mai stresanta, obositoare, iar pentru tine "mi-e somn" sau "sunt obosit" deja descrie cam fiecrae zi de cateva saptamani sau luni. E normal ca din cand in cand sa iei o pauza, sa dai un "shut down" la orice si sa iti iei ceva timp pentru tine, pentru a te reface. 



Ramai cu mine pentru cativa pasi care te vor ajuta sa te relaxezi si sa uiti de stresul care te-a urmarit de ceva timp incoace. Asa ca pune deoparte telefonul pe care il ai lipit de mana, inchide putin laptopul si deconecteaza-te. 

 O baie fierbinte te va relaxa total. Adauga uleiuri esentiale, cum e cel de tea tree, un ulei mentolat, si puternic care te va relaxa instant. Daca preferi spuma sau alte moduri de a face o baie cat mai relaxanta, feel free to do that. Dar cu uleiuri esentiale alese bine, tea tree, lavanda, sau un spumant cu eucalipt poti sa faci baia ta de acasa un adevarat Spa. Si tocmai ca spuneam de spa, inainte de baia fierbinte incearca sa faci dry brushing pentru cateva minute. Vei vedea ca este ca un masaj relaxant care de asemenea ajuta la o mai buna circulatie sangvina si la un aspect mai placut al pielii.

Find some time for an activity that you enjoy. Watch that episode you haven't seen in about a month, or a great movie that you would like to see, play a game that you like or just listen to your favourite songs. Draw, paint, sing, dance, do anything that you love and that makes you forget about everything. Put on a face mask, do your nails, read, choose something that you love. And after all that, the last step, a good night sleep.
